Return Policy
Returns & Refund Policy
All sales are considered final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, in accordance with your statutory rights.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at orders@aansah.co.uk with your order number and a description (including photos) of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a resolution in line with your consumer rights.
Exceptions – UK & EU Cooling-Off Period
For customers within the United Kingdom and European Union, you have a legal right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your item. This is known as the “cooling-off period”, as required under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once accepted, you will be responsible for returning the item to us in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact. A refund will be processed once we have received and inspected the return.
Please note: this right does not apply to custom-made or personalised items, or goods that are sealed for hygiene reasons once unsealed.
How to Cancel or Return (Cooling-Off Only)
To start a return under your 14-day cooling-off rights, contact us at orders@aansah.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior notice will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we will notify you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at orders@aansah.co.uk.
When will I get my order?
Shipping Policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods (e.g. product launches, holidays).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time and tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected international countries.
UK Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days UK Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available) International Shipping: 5–14 business days (subject to location and carrier delays)
Please note: All timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.
Delivery Delays & Responsibility We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect delivery information. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not liable for transit delays.
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please first check with neighbours or your local depot. Then contact the courier directly. We’ll do our best to help but cannot guarantee compensation for lost or stolen packages.
International Orders & Customs International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply. We are not liable for delays or costs caused by customs clearance.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If your address is incorrect, contact us immediately at orders@aansah.co.uk. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping Restrictions We do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, or countries currently restricted due to sanctions or carrier limitations.
