Returns & Refund Policy
All sales are considered final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, in accordance with your statutory rights.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at orders@aansah.co.uk with your order number and a description (including photos) of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a resolution in line with your consumer rights.
Exceptions – UK & EU Cooling-Off Period
For customers within the United Kingdom and European Union, you have a legal right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your item. This is known as the “cooling-off period”, as required under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once accepted, you will be responsible for returning the item to us in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact. A refund will be processed once we have received and inspected the return.
Please note: this right does not apply to custom-made or personalised items, or goods that are sealed for hygiene reasons once unsealed.
How to Cancel or Return (Cooling-Off Only)
To start a return under your 14-day cooling-off rights, contact us at orders@aansah.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior notice will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we will notify you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
